He's such a ham.
He's got a long ways to go before he fills daddy's shoes!
Whenever we would go to one of our friend's houses Kayden would make a beeline for these cars, but, because he's kind of a pansy and doesn't quite know how to stick up for himself yet, he would always get bumped out of the way by more...um...persistant...kids. But for the few moments he had alone with it he was in car heaven. Open the door, step in, shut the door. Open the door, step out, shut the door. Again and again.
So we decided to spoil him and get him his very own car so he can play in it all he wants. It has turned out to be our best purchase for him yet. The other day he pushed it into the bathroom while I was in the shower. Awesome.
So this is our child. Sitting in his new ride watching 'Toy Story' on Tyler's ipod.
When's a good time to teach your kid that driving and watching movies just isn't safe?

He is growing so fast! I love the car - and don't you just love making the right choice on a toy purchase! Too cute!
So cute.....and about the driving and watching movies thing....I hope they cover it in drivers ed, because my kids still think car rides are all about watching movies..lol!
He is so cute! I'm glad you got him his own car. When my twins were that age they got in a big 'ole twin fight with my SIL's Grandchildren (twin boys a year older- and much bigger- than my twins) over a similar car, except it was the kid version of the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile. The kids really do love those little cars.
We got Andrew one of these for his birthday. He loved it, but he has to fight off his big brother and sister to use it sometimes! He would be one the more persistant kids. He's the king of the more persistant kids, actually. Ug. :)
