His birthday was back in January. We just had a little party at home with just us. Kayden loves all thing Thomas the Train so he got a Thomas birthday cake! He loved it.
He also loved opening his presents. He said "Oooo!" to pretty much everything. Thanks to both sets of grandparents and his aunts and uncles for the wonderful gifts!
Showing off his new Lightning Mcqueen shoes he got earlier that day. Tyler took him shoe shopping and Kayden picked these out all by himself.
He has so much energy, he's always going going going.
He's very content playing by himself but he plays well with other kids too.
He is definitely a daddy's boy. Everyday he'll ask multiple times "Where's daddy?" even though every single time I answer him the same, "Daddy's at work." Then when Tyler gets home he gets tackled by his two funny kids.
It's so fun seeing Kayden grow and learn and start to figure things out. He has an amazing memory. It's actually kinda creepy, and a little annoying at times. He holds us to every little bribe and deal we make. If we tell him it's too late for a treat or something and say he can have some tomorrow, it's usually the first thing he asks us for in the morning.
At times he's a challenge with his stubbornness but I know it's part of what make him Kayden.
