Mary Mary Quite Contrary

My little garden is two weeks old!  I'm so proud of it.  (I totally feel like I'm talking about one of my kids). It's become a bit of an obsession.  Everyday I'm going out there to see how it's grown.  We've had a ton of rain lately so I'm worried that it's gonna drown it but there's not too much I can do about that.  It looks ok so far except for the herbs in the top right corner. They're turning a little yellow.

Yes it's my new baby. Can you believe how much it's grown!! (Now I really feel like I'm talking about one of my kids.)  The left box second from the bottom is supposed to be empty but it has 2 shoots coming up.  They kinda look like corn.  Weird.  Maybe the rabbit that dug in it the first night transplanted them.  Luckily the rabbit hasn't been back since.  So there's the update on my little garden.  It's so cute, isn't it!?!

You should be a proud momma! Not many people can grow a garden (including myself). Looks like it's going to be a yummy summer for your family!

Ditto to your Mom's reply! It is a sweet little garden. I just hope that I have seeds purchased and in the ground before you guys arrive, or you might be planting another one!

I've realized the last couple years that gardening is my new hobbie, too! I love your box garden - that's a fun idea. Hope it turns out delicious!!

That's awesome! I'm impressed since I can't even keep anything alive. Now you know what its like to be a man. You just planted to seeds and get to reap the rewards and not go through pregnancy. J/k.

Looks great!!! If the rain keeps causing problems, you might try draping a tarp over the garden, at a slant. Just a thought. How's life in Indians going?
