This is Buddy the Elf. He showed up on December 1st and moved most nights. He was fun but he might show up a little later this year :)
There was a huge windstorm one night and we lost big chunks of our roof. We had it inspected and she said we needed a whole new roof. So we got one for only the price of our insurance deductible. Score!
